TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL AND SERVICE

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or making any payment. By making a payment for any travel package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. PREAMBLE AND SCOPE
1.1 The Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Yakumca Travels (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”, “We”, “Us”) and the individual or entity purchasing or utilizing the travel services (hereinafter referred to as “The Traveler”, “You”, or “Client”).
1.2 Scope of Service
These Terms apply specifically to travel packages, logistics, and services provided by the Company for the FIFA World Cup 2026 hosted in the United States, Canada, and Mexico (hereinafter referred to as “The Tournament”).
1.3 Binding Nature
Payment of the initial deposit or full package price constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms by the Traveler and all members of their travelling party.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Scope of Services
The services offered under each travel package, as published by the Company, constitute the full scope of services to be rendered to the Client. Any additional services requested will incur extra charges, which must be paid upfront by the Client.
2.2 Confirmation of Services
A booking is considered provisional until the full package price has been received and cleared in the Company’s designated bank accounts.
The Company will only commence processing of:
- Travel documents
- Visa facilitation
- Flight reservations
- Hotel accommodations
- Third-party services
after receipt of the full package payment.
2.3 Payment Schedule
2.3.1 Initial Deposit
The Client shall pay sixty percent (60%) of the Total Package Price upon confirmation of booking.
The remaining forty percent (40%) balance must be paid before the scheduled payment deadline communicated by the Company.
All bank charges or transfer fees shall be borne by the Client.
2.3.2 Installment Payments
If an installment payment plan is agreed upon in writing, the Traveler must strictly adhere to the payment deadlines.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension or cancellation of booking.
2.3.3 Final Payment Deadline
Failure to settle the outstanding balance by the agreed deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
Any refund issued will be limited to the maximum amount recoverable from third-party suppliers, after deducting reasonable administrative and service charges.
2.4 Price Fluctuations
Package prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) or its Ghana Cedi (GHS) equivalent.
Where payments are made in Ghana Cedis, the applicable amount will be calculated using the prevailing interbank exchange rate on the date of payment.
The Company reserves the right to adjust GHS prices due to:
- Significant currency fluctuations
- Airline fuel surcharges
- Government taxes
- Changes in supplier costs
This adjustment may occur prior to the receipt of full payment.
3. VISA FACILITATION AND DOCUMENTATION
3.1 Traveler Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the Traveler to possess a valid passport with
At least six (6) months validity beyond the return date
Sufficient blank visa pages
3.2 Visa Facilitation Service
The Company provides Visa Facilitation Services to assist Travelers with applications for visas to the United States, Canada, and/or Mexico.
This service includes:
- Documentation guidance
- Application preparation support
- Interview preparation
- Appointment scheduling (where possible)
This is strictly an administrative support service.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
The Traveler warrants that all information and documentation provided for visa processing is:
- True
- Accurate
- Complete
The Company shall not be liable for visa refusal resulting from false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the Traveler.
3.4 No Guarantee of Visa
The granting of visas is solely at the discretion of the respective:
- Embassies
- High Commissions
- Consulates
The Company does not and cannot guarantee visa approval.
3.5 Visa Denial Indemnity
3.5.1
If a visa application is denied by any Embassy (USA, Canada, or Mexico), the Company shall not be held liable.
3.5.2
All visa application fees paid to embassies are strictly non-refundable.
3.5.3
If a visa is denied, any refund of the package price will be subject to the Cancellation Policy outlined in Clause 4.
3.6 Security Vetting
The Traveler consents to background checks or vetting procedures conducted by the Company or relevant authorities to verify eligibility for travel.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE COMMITMENT FEE
The Parties agree that thirty percent (30%) of the Total Package Price constitutes a Non-Refundable Commitment Fee.
The remaining seventy percent (70%) of the total amount paid may be refundable, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
This Non-Refundable Commitment Fee represents administrative costs and financial commitments undertaken by the Company on behalf of the Client.
To qualify for a refund due to visa denial, the Traveler must provide official documentation confirming the visa refusal from the Embassy.
